Very friendly staff. The rooms are large, clean, and spotless, including the bathrooms. The manager was very attentive and actively engaged with guests.
We were offered complimentary juice at check-in and later received a fruit plate in the room, which was a nice touch. They also accommodated our late check-out request with generous flexibility based on our needs.
At check-in, a staff member escorted us to the room and explained how everything works. The hotel provides multipurpose electrical sockets, so there’s no need to carry an adapter.
The location is excellent—within walking distance of the metro and Mall of the Emirates, with plenty of restaurants nearby
