+ I truly appreciate that the hotel provided us with an upgrade upon arrival, as well as early check in and late check out which made one night stay feel longer and more enjoyable. The staff also took a good note about my mom’s birthday and provided a lovely chocolate mousse cake and had Birthday wishes written on the mirror.
− The pet charge of 200 AED was pretty much doubling the rate per night, so it felt not very adequate considering the rates. Additionally the F&B side felt not at the level of 5* hotel, the breakfast was very average, didn’t have any food that stood out, very bland. Same goes for pool and beach, both food and drinks were very average. Considering that the hotel runs All inclusive option for some guests, it felt that even for the paying guests they were using very cheap materials and there was barely any alcohol or any taste to the cocktails. It took for us to complain to actually get a good tasting cocktail (which we really appreciated finally having.

+ Our stay was truly great. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated, with lovely welcome notes and thoughtful touches. Special thanks to Dihani for being so supportive and attentive. we really appreciate it. Also, thanks to Sadam for the assistance. The breakfast was excellent. Thank you, Subu & Suranga , for the great service and for taking care of all our needs, especially my son. Much appreciation to Naaz and Vivik as well. The front office manager and the entire team were very friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was very fast and smooth. It was also nice to see the hotel manager always around, ensuring guests are well taken care of. Overall, an amazing stay, Great Hospitality, Amazing Team, thank you to the wonderful team. We look forward to seeing you again

+ Wow what an amazing gem, definitely recommend this hotel to all our friends. Check-in was great and so quick. Breakfast in the mornings was healthy and good. The courniche close to the hotel was great for morning running.
− They were so busy and nobody assisted us during dinner time so we eventually order food in that god delivered to us. That was the the only disappointment.
